- Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
- Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.
- Turn around time for T-Shirts, tumblers and other hand crafted items is 14-21 business days. This does NOT include weekends, holidays, or shipping times. Please note- the turnaround time starts the day after you have PAID.
- Turn around time for PREORDERS is 3 - 6weeks AFTER the preorder has closed. This could be longer in certain circumstances. We will always update you on the page if it will be longer. It could take up to an additional two weeks after items have arrive to us before they are shipped out to the customer.
- You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
- We accept installment payments via Sezzle, Klarna, AfterPay and ShopPay
- You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
- We currently ship in the United-States and Canada. For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to us!
- Once your order has been completed, you will receive notification that the order has been shipped. (please see "How long are the turnaround times?" section for turnaround times.)
- We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Typically orders arrive 3-5 days after they have been shipped.
- Bulk orders may require shipping via UPS or FedEx. (please contact us if interested in bulk orders)
- If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the carrier to file a claim.
- Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
- Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.
- Please allow 24 - 48 hours for the initial tracking information to update on the carriers site.
- Once the order has been shipped, please use the tracking information received in your email to track the shipment.
- If there are any issues with the shipment after the item has been shipped out, please contact the carrier.
- Handmade/Custom/ Personalized Items
- We don’t offer refunds on handmade items (T-Shirts, tumblers, & other personalized items).
- If you were to receive an item that was incorrectly made (such as size, print, color) please contact us & we will remake the item free of charge.

- If the item you receive is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 3 business days from when the item was delivered to arrange a replacement.

All returns/refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Customer is also responsible for all return shipping costs.
